    very good point. it’s hard to be attached to something you could all delete with Backspace.
    i used to have an antique german typewriter that weighed, oh, 50 lbs.
    i want a tablet pc, though.

    So true about the smells.The blend of oil, ink, and metal is almost like an incense, it puts you in the mood to write and makes the act seem more significant.
