A crow in the parking lot of the H-Mart in Catonsville was playing with a plastic bag, and generally entertaining himself. A woman trying to pull into the parking spot he had occupied was so distracted by him she managed to run into the car in the next spot, then pulled back out and drove off hoping no one but the crow had noticed.
